Click on the Proceed to Step 2 of 4 button to continue. If this is a new transaction, you will be prompted to enter your billing information.
A paid receipt will be presented indicating the payment process is complete; however, if the payment process was unsuccessful, a message (“The attempted request was either cancelled or declined by the credit card processor”) will be presented.
